Hey! I’m Rachel
I’m a fitness trainer and board-certified (NBHWC) functional medicine health coach based in Utah, and I work with women who want to feel strong, energized, and confident in their bodies again.
A few things to know about my work:
• I work virtually with clients across the U.S. (using Labcorp for functional testing when appropriate)
• I primarily support women ages 20–50
• My clients often deal with things like gut issues, hormone imbalances, thyroid problems, autoimmune conditions, stubborn fatigue, or feeling “off” despite doing all the “right” things
• I combine strength training, functional labs, personalized protocols, 1:1 coaching, and targeted supplements (not MLMs)
I came into this work after my own experience with hormone and digestive issues left me frustrated by being told “everything looks normal” while I felt anything but. Learning how to support the body through both training and root-cause health work changed everything for me, and now I help other women build strength and health in a way that actually supports their physiology.

My Take on Supplements as a Functional Medicine Health and Fitness Coach
We need to talk honestly about supplements. I use them. I recommend them. They can be incredibly helpful when used appropriately.
But somewhere along the way, supplements stopped being supportive tools and started being treated like the main solution. And that shift has quietly created a lot of confusion, frustration, and burnout for people who are genuinely trying to feel better.
