Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

  • The giveaway is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older.

  • Participants must be legal residents of the United States.

  • Employees, contractors, affiliates, and immediate family members of Rachel Claire Functional Health are not eligible to participate.

2. How to Enter
To enter the giveaway, participants must:

  1. Complete the giveaway entry form with their full name, email address, and phone number.

  2. Tag two friends in the designated giveaway post (IG or FB).

  3. Agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Each participant may submit one entry, unless otherwise stated in the giveaway announcement.

Entries must be submitted by the deadline stated in the giveaway announcement. Late, incomplete, or duplicate entries may be disqualified.

3. Prize
One winner will receive one complimentary 6-Week Training Program from Rachel Claire Functional Health.

The program includes the services outlined in the current 6-Week Training Program offering, including personalized training guidance and coaching support.

The prize:

  • Has no cash value.

  • Is non-transferable and non-refundable.

  • Cannot be exchanged for other services, products, or cash.

  • Must be redeemed within the timeframe communicated to the winner.

Participation in the program does not guarantee specific fitness, health, body composition, or other outcomes.

4. Winner Selection
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries using a fair and unbiased method.

The winner will be contacted by email and/or text using the contact information provided during entry. The winner must respond within 48 hours of notification to claim the prize.

If the selected winner does not respond within 48 hours, is found to be ineligible, or declines the prize, Rachel Claire Functional Health reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

5. Health & Liability Disclaimer
Rachel Claire Functional Health provides health coaching and fitness education and does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or emergency medical care.

Participants are responsible for determining whether participation in the program is appropriate for them and should consult their healthcare provider when appropriate.

Rachel Claire Functional Health is not responsible for health outcomes, injuries, or decisions made by participants as a result of participating in the program. By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Rachel Claire Functional Health and Rachel Hurmence from claims arising from participation in the giveaway or acceptance and use of the prize, to the extent permitted by law.

Rachel Claire Functional Health is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, or technically unsuccessful entries, or for technical or human errors that may interfere with the giveaway.

6. Personal Information
Information submitted through the giveaway entry form will be used to administer the giveaway and communicate with participants.

By entering, participants may also opt in to receive communications from Rachel Claire Functional Health, including educational content, updates, and promotional offers. Participants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.

Personal information will not be sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes without consent.

7. Publicity
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that Rachel Claire Functional Health may use the winner's first name, likeness, and/or announcement of their win for promotional purposes, unless prohibited by law.

8. Social Media Disclaimer
This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, or any other social media platform used to promote the giveaway.

9. Compliance With Law
This giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

10. Modification or Cancellation
Rachel Claire Functional Health reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway if circumstances beyond its reasonable control prevent the giveaway from being conducted as planned.

11. Acceptance of Terms
By entering the giveaway, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and agree to be bound by the decisions of Rachel Claire Functional Health, which are final with respect to the administration of the giveaway.
