About Me:
I’m a board certified functional medicine and holistic health coach that works with a network of clinicians to provide my clients with lab testing, treatment plans, supplement protocols, and health coaching. I works with a wide variety of people who struggle with thyroid conditions, gastrointestinal problems, hormone concerns, or autoimmune conditions.
I have a BS in psychology and studied at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition to receive her health coaching certification. I’m board certified by the NBHWC and I have been coaching for over 3 years.
I have experience in women’s health and weight loss coaching and have worked with a variety of functional medicine and naturopathic doctors. I’m originally from Georgia but moved to Utah three years ago to pursue my passion for outdoor adventures in the mountains.
